Our mission is simple: To provide flexible, respectful, and relationship-centred support for adults aged 18 and over, enabling them to stay independent and thrive at home — on their own terms. Whether it's a friendly face for conversation, a helping hand with household tasks, or a break for a family carer, we're here to make daily life feel easier, not more complicated.

Vigil Care Services is different. We are not a care agency, and we do not provide personal or medical care. Instead, we offer: Companionship and emotional support Help with domestic tasks like laundry and shopping Support with routines, paperwork, or admin Sitting visits to give carers a much-needed break Flexible, non-intrusive welfare check-ins This allows us to stay outside of CQC regulation, while still delivering meaningful day-to-day support.
